All cakes, cheesecakes, slices, custom treats, and cupcakes are made fresh to order, using quality ingredients. Due to the nature of baking, slight variations in appearance, flavor, and texture may occur.

Please note that my products are prepared in a home-based or shared kitchen environment, and while I adhere to safety standards, I cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should review ingredient lists carefully and inform me of any allergies prior to placing an order. I am not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that occur after eating my products. Stored properly, my baked goods are best enjoyed within the recommended timeframe; I am not responsible for changes after that period.

Once products leave our possession, I am no longer responsible for how they are handled, transported, or stored by the customer or delivery persons. I am not liable for any loss, damage, or mishandling of the cake during delivery or while in the customer’s custody, including how it is transported by someone driving.

Refund and exchange are only available if the product is defective or not made according to the specifications agreed upon.
