What are your operating hours?

We are open for pickup and delivery Wednesday through Saturday. Pickup orders can be placed until 5:00 PM for same-day service. Delivery orders must be placed by 1:30 PM for same-day delivery.

What is your delivery radius?

We deliver within a 12-mile radius of our location. For addresses beyond 12 miles, we charge $1 per mile (calculated there and back). You can check if your address is within our delivery zone during checkout.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Free delivery is available on all orders of 4 or more slices. This applies to cake slices, cheesecake slices, or any combination of our slice offerings.

Can I place a same-day order?

Yes! For pickup, you can order until 5:00 PM. For delivery, the cutoff is 1:30 PM. Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for the next available day.

How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

We require a minimum of 5 business days for custom cake orders. For elaborate designs, tiered cakes, or wedding cakes, we recommend 2-3 weeks advance notice to ensure we can accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Square payment processing. Payment is required at the time of ordering.

We can accommodate some dietary restrictions for custom orders. Please mention any allergies or dietary requirements in your inquiry and we'll let you know what we can offer.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. Custom cake deposits are non-refundable.
